One Michelin Star Chef Michel Husser, the fourth generation and Chef de Cuisine of Restaurant "Le Cerf" in Marlenheim, Alsace, stars at Raffles Grill for five exclusive nights from 26 to 30 October 2009. Dinner features personalized Alsatian specialties reflective of his traditional roots in three distinctive five-course menus. Complementing dinner are exquisite wines from both of Alsace's biodynamic viticultural Domaine Marc Kreydenweiss and Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, as well as renowned Château Ausone Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé and Raffles Grill's award winning wine list. A la carte options are available on the last three nights.
Having honed his experience in the kitchens of Haeberlin to Illhauesern and Senderens in Paris, Chef Husser continuously strives to bring out the authentic flavours of each ingredient, using only the freshest product from local producers.
